সুন্দরী ডেলিভারি প্রসেস কিভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়ে থাকে?
আপনার অর্ডারটি প্রসেস করার সময় প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট অত্যন্ত নিখুঁতভাবে পর্যবেক্ষণ করা হয়।
শেষ ধাপের কোয়ালিটি চেক শেষ হলে প্রোডাক্টগুলো প্যাক করে আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়।
এরপর ডেলিভারি টিম যত দ্রুত সম্ভব প্রোডাক্টগুলো আপনাদের কাছে পৌঁছে দেয়। যদি তারা আপনাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে না পারে কিংবা আপনার দেওয়া ঠিকানায় পৌঁছাতে না পারে, সেক্ষেত্রে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব ইস্যুটি সমাধানে ডেলিভারি টিম আপনাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে।

সুন্দরী প্রতিটি পণ্যে ইনভয়েস সংযুক্ত করে কার্ডবোর্ড বক্সে মোড়ানো অবস্থায় পাঠায়।
প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট আলাদাভাবে সাবধানতার সাথে প্যাকেজিং করা হয়।
ভঙ্গুর বা বোতলজাত পণ্যে বাবল র্যাপ ব্যবহার করা হয়।
সব পণ্যের আলাদা ছবি সংরক্ষণ করা হয় এবং পুরো প্যাকেজিং কার্যক্রম সিসি ক্যামেরার মাধ্যমে মনিটর করা হয়।

কত দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেয়া হয়?
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পর ২৪ ঘণ্টা থেকে ১২০ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়।
ঢাকার সিটি: ১ - ৩ দিন
ঢাকার বাইরে: ২ - ৫ দিন
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি, যানবাহনজনিত সমস্যার কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হলে, সুন্দরী কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট টিম আপনাকে অবহিত করবে।
সুন্দরী.কম এর রিটার্ন পলিসিঃ
আপনার প্রতিটি কেনাকাটা এবং প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট যাতে সঠিক থাকে, সুন্দরী সেই লক্ষেই কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। এর পরেও যদি কোন কারণে প্রোডাক্টে কোন ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ফল্ট থাকে, কালার বা সাইজ অর্ডার করা পণ্যের থেকে ভিন্ন হয়—সেক্ষেত্রে পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিটার্ন করার সুযোগ রয়েছে।
প্রোডাক্ট মিসিং বা ভিন্ন প্রোডাক্ট কমপ্লেইনের ক্ষেত্রে:
- অবশ্যই ডেলিভারির সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে প্রোডাক্ট বুঝে নিন, অথবা
- অবশ্যই আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ধারণ করতে হবে।
আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ব্যতীত প্যাকেজে প্রোডাক্ট মিসিং, কুরিয়ারে প্রোডাক্ট ভাঙা, বা ভিন্ন প্রোডাক্ট সংক্রান্ত ইস্যু গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
তাই ভুল বোঝাবুঝি রোধে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, প্রোডাক্ট খুলে নেয়ার সময় ভিডিও করুন।
সুন্দরী প্রায় সব প্রোডাক্টেই ৭ দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সুবিধা দেয়, তবে পণ্যটি অবশ্যই ইনট্যাক্ট থাকতে হবে।
ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ফল্ট থাকলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
যে সকল ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ এবং রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না:
- প্রোডাক্ট বার্ন বা ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হলে

- প্রোডাক্টের সিল/স্টিকার খুলে ফেললে

- প্রোডাক্টে স্ক্র্যাচ বা দাগ থাকলে, বা রিসেলযোগ্য না হলে
প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর দ্রুত চেক করুন। কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে লিখিত অভিযোগ করুন।
- ইমেইল: সর্বোচ্চ অগ্রাধিকার পাবে
- ছোট সমস্যার জন্য: কল সেন্টারে কল করুন বা ফেসবুক ইনবক্সে যোগাযোগ করুন
রিটার্ন কিভাবে করবেন?
প্রোডাক্টের সঙ্গে অবশ্যই দিতে হবে:
- সকল কাগজপত্র
- বক্স
- এক্সেসরিজ
- স্টিকার, লেবেল
- গিফট আইটেম
সবকিছু একটি বক্স বা ব্যাগে ভরে সুন্দরী অফিসে পাঠাতে হবে।
আপনি চাইলে নিজে বা অন্য কাউকে দিয়েও পাঠাতে পারেন।
লোকেশন থেকে পিকআপ সম্ভব হলে আমরা চেষ্টা করবো—তবে কুরিয়ার চার্জ আপনাকেই অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করতে হবে।
রিটার্নকৃত প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রিযোগ্য অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
কোনো পার্টস মিসিং হলে বা বক্স ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
সব ঠিক থাকলে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভের পর ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
চার্জ কভার করার নিয়ম:
- প্রোডাক্ট ফল্ট থাকলে: ডেলিভারি চার্জ সুন্দরী বহন করবে
- ঢাকার ভিতরে: ৭০ টাকা
- ঢাকার বাইরে: ১৩০ টাকা
- অতিরিক্ত চার্জ থাকলে তা ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে
- মন পরিবর্তন বা পছন্দ না হওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে: সব চার্জ কাস্টমারের উপর
ক্যাশব্যাক/গিফট থাকলে:
রিফান্ডের সময় সেই ক্যাশব্যাক ফেরত নিতে হবে অথবা সেটা কেটে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
