How do I place an order on Shundore?

You can place an order directly through our website www.shundore.com. Just select your desired product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We will confirm your order with a phone call before dispatching.

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
    Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like political unrest or natural calamities.

What are the delivery charges?

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120

Which delivery services does Shundore use?

We deliver through Pathao, Sundarban Courier, and Janani Courier depending on your location and delivery type.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. You can return or exchange a product if:

  • It's defective

  • You received the wrong size or color

  • The product is different from what you ordered
    However, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with an unboxing video or report in front of the delivery person.

Are there any items I can't return?

Yes, returns are not accepted for:

  • Physically damaged or burned items

  • Undergarments

  • Clearance sale items

  • Products without original packaging or labels
